M6X1.0 Coarse Thread DIN 603 Metric Carriage Bolt / Stainless Steel
Carriage bolts have a small square shoulder under the head that fits into a prepared square-bored hole. The self-locking square neck prevents rotation, holding the bolt in place while tightened with a mating nut.
A large, smooth domed head creates a safe finish installation, the absence of a drive socket prevents debris build up.
Commonly used in damp environments for corrosion resistance, popular across a wide range of industries: automotive, agriculture, food processing, clean energy, etc. For any application involving marine (salt water), use A4 / 316 Stainless Steel material, available as special order.
