 The Basics:

  • BelMetric does not refund any shipment costs for returned products

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and risk of returning the products to BelMetric

  • BelMetric is not held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment

  • BelMetric is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products

 In order for an order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Have shipped in the last 30 days

  • Products are not used, damaged, or previously installed

  • Products are in their original packaging

  • Order number is included with return

 The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or installed

  • Products purchased from other retailers

  • Product return value must exceed $5.00 USD

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise at our sole discretion

  • A 20% restocking  fee may apply at our sole discretion

 Bulk and Special Item Orders:

  •  Any products purchased via bulk or special order are subject to the above Return Policy AND any specific terms on the invoice 

  • If no specific Return Policy appears on the invoice, the prevailing policy is a 50% restocking fee for bulk or special orders

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the Buyer

When will my order ship?

99% of the time, your order will be shipped the SAME DAY you place it (if submitted by 2:30pm EST). We ship Monday to Friday. Closed weekends. Orders are subject to available inventory, you will be notified via phone or email if there are any delays in the fulfillment of your order. Orders shipped via 'Overnight' methods on the last business day of the week will arrive on the next business day. BelMetric does not offer delivery options for Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. 

What are my shipping options?

Bel-Metric offers flat rate shipping for destinations within the 50 states as well as free shipping for domestic orders over $99. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. All shipping options for your location are available at checkout.

Will you ship internationally?

Yes! Please see our Ordering Information page for more information.

Will you drop-ship internationally?

We are unable to offer this service. 

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number and you can click the link to track your order. PLEASE NOTE: Your tracking results may not be available for up to 24hrs.

If for any reason you do not receive a tracking email from, please email us at to check the status of your order.

Can I ship on my own collect number for UPS or FedEx?

Yes! There is a $20.00USD minimum for ship on account. During checkout, the Ship on Account options will be available if you meet this minimum order total. 

If 'Ship on Account' is the chosen shipping method, and no UPS / FedEx / DHL number is provided, BelMetric reserves the right to cancel the order for a full refund. 

I accidentally had my order shipped to the wrong address, can you fix it?

Maybe! If your order has not left our warehouse we can change the shipping address. However, if you already have a tracking number you will need to contact the carrier directly to make any changes. 

I accidentally provided an incorrect or undeliverable address and my order was returned by the Carrier to BelMetric. What are my options?

If this occurs, you, the customer, are responsible for covering any additional shipping charges to send your order to a correct address. Otherwise, if you no longer want/need the order, BelMetric will refund you, minus any outbound or return shipping costs incurred. This includes requesting UPS, FedEx, or DHL to deliver to a PO Box which they do not do.
