External Retaining Ring for Shafts - Stainless AISI 301 DIN 471
External retaining rings hold components onto a shaft. These rings need to be expanded to pass over the end of an industrial shaft into an existing groove (axial installation). Use retaining ring pliers as best installation practice to prevent distorting the retaining ring.
Material: AISI 301 Stainless Steel
Retaining rings made from AISI austenitic stainless steel, passivated for additional corrosion protection.
