Fender Washer - A4 Stainless DIN 9021
Fender washers have larger outer diameters than general purpose flat washers. DIN 9021 Fender washers have an outer diameter that measures 3X the inner diameter.
Use on oversized holes to distribute the load of the fastener over a wider area. Washers also provide a smooth bearing surface against the work surface, protecting it and preventing damage.
Material: A4 / HV 140
A4 / 316 Stainless Steel fasteners are "marine grade" corrosion resistant; suitable for salt water applications. A4 fasteners also offer increased resistance to chemicals when compared with A2 stainless fasteners.
