Class 10 Steel / JIS B-1190 Non-Serrated Flange Nuts
M8, M10X1.25, and M12X1.25 JIS flange nuts have a reduced wrench size for tight clearance applications where a small wrench is required. Commonly used in automotive and motorsport applications.
Smooth Bottom Flange
Non-locking flange nuts have a smooth bottom flange that acts as a built-in washer to evenly distribute force over a larger area against the fastening surface. Non-serrated flange nuts will not damage the threads of bolts or screws and can be reused.
Material
Hardened Class 10 metric flange nuts provide a high strength, high tensile fastening solution. Commonly paired with Class 10.9 metric bolts and screws.
Finishes
Zinc Plated and Yellow Zinc Plated finishes provide corrosion resistance without sacrificing strength. Black oxide provides minimal corrosion resistance, best for dry environments.
