Metric Steel EXTERNAL SERRATED Star Lock Washer
The aggressive external serrations of this washer bite into the head of the screw or bolt as well as the mating surface for a strong, locked connection resistant to vibration. Serrated Star Washers provide a stronger hold than Toothed Star Washers because the serrations dig deeper into the connecting fasteners.
Use external star washers with fasteners that have larger head diameters to ensure the best locking grip; pan head, button head and truss head screws, etc.
