Are there limits to the number of line items I can order at one time?
Yes! If you have created an account, and are logged in, the line item limit is 600!
However, if you are checking out as a Guest, the limit is 50 line items.

Can I send you a sample for sizing?
No. We are unable to offer this service at this time.
I choose Overnight shipping, will my order arrive on Saturday or Monday?
Orders shipped via 'Overnight' methods on the last business day of the week will arrive on the next business day. BelMetric does not offer delivery options for Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.
Is the Black Oxide finish good for use outdoors?
No. The Black Oxide and Phosphate & Oil finishes will RUST if used outdoors. Neither has any corrosion resistance.
Will you drop-ship internationally?
We are unable to offer this service.
What if I'm tax exempt?
To place tax exempt orders you need to create an account and email your tax exemption certificate(s) to accounting@belmetric.com prior to placing your order online. Once we have updated your account, you will be able to place tax-exempt orders.
If you have already placed an order and been charged tax, please email your tax exemption certificate(s) to accounting@belmetric.com and we will refund for tax (if applicable) and update your account for future orders.
Can I ship on my own collect number for UPS or FedEx?
Yes! There is a $20.00USD minimum for ship on account. During checkout, the Ship on Account options will be available if you meet this minimum order total.
If 'Ship on Account' is the chosen shipping method, and no UPS / FedEx / DHL number is provided, BelMetric reserves the right to cancel the order for a full refund.
My order was delayed, what can I do?
There is a possibility that your shipment could be delayed due to seasonal storms. To guarantee you are aware of all weather setbacks, please review the carrier sites often for their latest service alerts.
The pictures on your site are awesome! Can I use them on my site?
No. Our pictures are copyrighted and their use by others is prohibited. Please contact sales@belmetric.com for more information.
Do you provide technical drawings?
No. The diagrams on our product pages are the most we provide.
What does the ‘+ / -’ mean on a length measurement?
The presence of the ‘+ / -’ indicates that there is a manufacturer's tolerance regarding that measurement. So the actual product you receive might have slightly different measurements than what is posted on the site.
What does the ‘+ / - 5mm’ mean on a length measurement?
The presence of the ‘+ / - 5mm’ indicates a specific range for the manufacturer's tolerance regarding that measurement. So the listing might read 15mm + / - 5mm, meaning that specific measurement can vary anywhere in between 10mm and 20mm.
