What is the order minimum on the website?

There is a $5.00 USD minimum for orders total placed on the website.

What is the order minimum over the phone?

There is a $30.00 USD minimum for orders placed over the phone. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

What is the order minimum for an emailed purchase order?

There is a $30.00 USD minimum for emailed purchase orders.

Can I visit BelMetric for counter service?

No. Our location does not have a counter to service walk-in customers. You must place your order on and select "store pick-up".

I placed multiple orders, how do I combine shipping?

You can contact us at to combine orders. Our system will find most orders from the same customer and shipping address. We will combine shipping and issue a refund of shipping costs if applicable. However, we cannot guarantee that multiple order will ship together.

 I choose Overnight shipping, will my order arrive on Saturday or Monday?

Orders shipped via 'Overnight' methods on the last business day of the week will arrive on the next business day. BelMetric does not offer delivery options for Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. 

I need a quantity greater than the discount shown for a product, how do I get a bulk quote?

For bulk pricing, have a SKU selected, and use the QUOTE A HIGHER QUANTITY button.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We stock all items on our website. If your order is affected by an unforeseen stock shortage we will contact you by email within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If we are unable to reach you within 3 business days we will cancel and refund your order in full. If you would like to check stock of an item before ordering, please use the STOCK CHECK option in our chatbot! 

I need a Certificate of Conformance or Material Cert, how do I get one?

Please email for more information. Some certificates will require additional processing time and a per line item fee of $30.00 USD.

Are there limits to the number of line items I can enter in Quick Order at one time?

Yes! There is a limit of 50 line items using Quick Order. If you need to add more items, please do so in batches, and make sure you are logged in!


Placing International Orders for Goods

For the purposes of these International Orders:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Bel-Metric, Inc., 35 Westech Drive, Tyngsboro, MA 01879.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Website refers to BelMetric, accessible from

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 

International shipment pricing is provided on the Website when an address is entered during checkout. We are not able to provide international shipping quotes via email. Free shipping is not available for international orders. All prices shown on the Website are in US dollars ($USD). The Goods price is exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges. 

When placing an Order for delivery outside the United States, You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage / clearance charges are in addition to the shipping charge and must be borne by You. 

If You refuse to accept a shipment due to fees associated with release from a freight carrier, We will not refund the original shipping costs. The cost for the package to be returned to Us will also be the responsibility of You. 

We complete customs forms per US Import / Export regulations and will not mark items with incorrect values, as gifts or with any other classification than merchandise. Should customs procedures cause delays in shipping lead time (normally 6-10 business days), We are not responsible for the additional shipping time or return freight costs.

Some Goods may require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of this Goods. Therefore, the shipment of Goods to certain locations may not be possible.

Bulk and Special Item Orders

Any Goods purchased via special order are subject to the Return Policy on the specific invoice for that Order. If there is no Return Policy on the invoice, the prevailing policy is at 50% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
