Metric Schnorr Ribbed Steel Lock Washer, Type VS Heavy Duty
Scnorr Type "VS" heavy duty washers are extra strong due to increased material thickness.
Use VS Schnorr washers with Class 8.8 and Class 10.9 bolts.
VS Safety washers have the same inner and outer diameter measurements as Type S Schnorr washers, increased material thickness allows for higher pre-tensioning loads.
These washers are serrated on both sides (providing a high resistance to vibration and loosening) and can be used with almost any screw or bolt type including recessed head screws.
Also known as disc spring or belleville spring lock washer.
