Countersunk finish washers have a 90 degree seat. Once installed, these washers sit proud of the work surface, creating a professional, smooth finish that discourages snagging or catching.
These washers are meant to be used with screws and bolts that have a countersunk 90 degree head: socket flat, Phillips flat, slotted flat, etc.
