ISO 8733 Solid grooved pin, with parallel grooves running along the entire length. Used with blind holes, the centering step helps guide the insertion of the part. The hole must be properly sized to ensure the grooved pin achieves its intended interference fit.
Internal threading allows for easy removal of the pin. Designed for press-fit into a drilled hole — interference fit for secure placement.
Thicker and stronger than lighter-duty grooved pins (such as ISO 8744).
