Steel Acorn Nut with EXTRA WIDE Flange Diameter
Acorn nuts are used to cover and protect exposed threads. The flange acts as a built-in washer to evenly distribute force over a larger area against the fastening surface. The smooth flange bottom style is non-locking and will not damage the threads of bolts or screws and can be reused.
