External Retaining Ring for Shafts - Stainless 1.4532 DIN 471
External retaining rings hold components onto a shaft. These rings need to be expanded to pass over the end of an industrial shaft into an existing groove (axial installation). Use retaining ring pliers as best installation practice to prevent distorting the retaining ring.
Material: 1.4532 Stainless Steel/ Similar to AISI 304
Retaining rings made from 1.4532 austenitic stainless steel, passivated for additional corrosion protection.
