Flat Washer Small Outer Diameter - A4 Stainless DIN 433
Reduced outer diameter flat washers are meant for machine screws, cheese head screws, socket head screws.
The smaller outer diameter is great for tight clearance applications.
Flat washers are placed under a bolt head or nut to evenly distribute the load of the fastener over a wider area. Washers also provide a smooth bearing surface against the parent material, protecting it and preventing damage.
Material: A4 / HV 140
A4 / 316 Stainless Steel fasteners are "marine grade" corrosion resistant; suitable for salt water applications. A4 fasteners also offer increased resistance to chemicals when compared with A2 stainless fasteners.
