Internal Retaining Ring for Bores - Spring Steel DIN 472
Internal retaining rings hold components into a bore. These rings need to be compressed into place in the grove of an industrial bore housing (axial installation). Use retaining ring pliers as best installation practice to prevent distorting the retaining ring.
Material: Spring Steel
Steel retaining rings are a less expensive option than stainless steel but will only offer minimal corrosion resistance. Zinc Flake finishes will provide corrosion resistance.
