Grooved Pins Round Head - Brass DIN 1476
Solid cylindrical pin with three full-length parallel grooves, semi-circular head, light duty. Designed to create an interference (press) fit when inserted into a hole.
Grooved pins are actually 'fluted', material is displaced in a swaging operation. Their holding power comes from the swaged material compressing into the hole.
Ideal for applications that require a fixed or stabilized handle that can still rotate around an axis. Semi-circular head provides a professional finish.
