M2 Slotted Spring Pin - 303 Stainless ISO 8752
Single rolled form pin, one straight parallel slot.
Used to ensure that shafts remain securely attached and cannot be easily removed, maintaining the integrity and function of the overall system.
The hollow design and flexibility of these pins enable them to conform precisely to the size of the intended hole. The radial force generated by their spring characteristics allows them to act as self-retaining fasteners.
How to Measure:
Measure the length of the pin (including the chamfers if present) and the diameter.
Material: A1 / SAE Type 303
A1 / 303 Stainless pins are commonly used in machining, the automotive industry, as well as for decorative strips, door handles and oil drain valves.
For any application involving marine (salt water), use A4 / 316 Stainless Steel material.
