M4X0.5 FINE THREAD / Small Pan Head Machine Screw

These screws have a rare FINE THREAD pitch.
**Please double check your thread pitch prior to ordering.**
The industry wide manufacturing pitch specification used today for machine screws is coarse thread pitch, these screws are not coarse thread.

JIS B-1111 / Japanese Industrial Standard
Head Style
Special "JIS" small head diameter style screw with chamfered / curved sides and a recessed phillips drive. Length is measured from underneath the head.
The reduced head size allows installation in tight space restricted areas, commonly used for motorcycles and other automotive applications. The head height and head diameter of this pan head screw is roughly 10-13% smaller than a standard pan head machine screw.
