Small Pan Head Machine Screw / 4.8 Steel
Special "JIS" small head diameter style screw with chamfered / curved sides and a recessed phillips drive.
The reduced head size allows installation in tight space restricted areas, commonly used for motorcycles and other automotive applications. The head height and head diameter of this pan head screw is roughly 10-13% smaller than a standard pan head machine screw.
Machine thread screws can be used in a tapped hole or with a locking / non-locking nut. Length is measured from underneath the head.
Zinc plated finish provides corrosion resistance
