7-Mark bolts are popular for restoring vehicles to factory-original condition as this original head-marking is a legacy style, no longer industry standard.
Applications: alternator brackets, accessory mounting brackets, timing covers and backing plates, engine harness grounds, exhaust heat shield brackets, transmission case cable brackets and mounts, clutch slave cylinder brackets.
Material: (JIS 7-T, comparable to Class 8.8)
Medium Carbon steel (700 MPa tensile)
Zinc electroplating provides corrosion resistance, RoHS compliant for this product group. Yellow Zinc is not RoHs compliant for this product group.
