These washers are an extension of the Nord-Lock X-Series product line with an enlarged outer diameter, referred to as ‘sp’ washers. ‘Sp’ washers are designed to be used together with flanged bolts and nuts (ISO 4161,4162) on oversized and slotted holes, and on sensitive surfaces and soft materials.

Bolted joints fail for two reasons - spontaneous bolt loosening and slackening. Nord-Lock multifunctional wedge-locking technology tackles both, offering you total security for those situations when there can be no compromise.
