Metric Black Stainless Steel Extra Thick Fender Washer
Use on oversized holes to distribute the load of the fastener over a wider area.
Almost 3X as THICK as regular flat washers, extra thick washers are sometimes used as spacers. Washers also provide a smooth bearing surface against the work surface, protecting it and preventing damage.

The black oxide coating per MIL-DTL-13924, Class 4 on 300 series corrosion resistant steel meets 96 hours of resistance in a 5% salt spray (fog) test in accordance with ASTM B117. We recommend using stainless steel installation tools to prevent extraneous rust.
